When you book an appointment on purcellvilleautoservice.com/book, you will see a checkbox labeled “Optional: I agree to receive SMS appointment confirmations and reminders from Purcellville Auto Service.” The checkbox is NOT required to complete a booking— you can book service without checking it and we will call you instead. Only customers who explicitly check the box receive SMS messages.
