ONLINE BOOKING
Appointments booked through our website are subject to availability and confirmation by our staff. By submitting a booking, you confirm that the information you provide (name, phone number, vehicle details) is accurate. If we need to reschedule, we will contact you as soon as possible by phone or, if you have opted in, SMS.
SMS COMMUNICATIONS
Program name: Purcellville Auto Service Appointment Notifications.
Program description:Transactional SMS messages related to a customer's auto-repair appointment booked through purcellvilleautoservice.com, including booking confirmations, reminders, follow-ups, and review requests.
Opt-in is optional and explicit. When you complete the booking form at purcellvilleautoservice.com/book, you will see an optional checkbox labeled “Optional: I agree to receive SMS appointment confirmations and reminders from Purcellville Auto Service.” The checkbox is not required to complete a booking— if you leave it unchecked, we will contact you by phone instead of SMS. Only customers who explicitly check the box are enrolled in the SMS program described here.
If you opt in, you will receive:
- Appointment confirmations
- Appointment reminders (24 hours and 2 hours before your appointment)
- Service follow-up messages for any work you previously declined
- Review requests after a completed appointment
Message frequency: typically 1–5 messages per appointment. Message and data rates may apply depending on your wireless carrier.
How to opt out: Reply STOP to any message at any time. You will receive a confirmation message and we will stop sending you SMS. Reply HELP for assistance, or call us directly at 540-441-3766. To opt back in, reply START.
Supported carriers:AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, and other major U.S. wireless carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
No sharing of mobile information. Mobile information, including your phone number and SMS opt-in status, will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
SERVICES & ESTIMATES
All repair estimates are provided before work begins. Final charges may vary if additional issues are discovered during service. We will contact you for approval before performing any work beyond the original estimate.
PAYMENT
Payment is due upon completion of service unless other arrangements have been made in advance. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and cash.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Purcellville Auto Service Inc. provides this website and booking system on an “as is” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this website, including but not limited to scheduling errors, SMS delivery failures, or system downtime.
CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of our website or services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Loudoun County, Virginia.
